Grégory Maugain, son and grandson of watchmakers, curator of the Watchmaking Museum in Morteau (France) and watchmaker himself in his spare time, gave a demonstration of the delicate art of dismantling and reassembling the movement of a self-winding watch. A show within a show extremely popular with the public. A savoir-faire that requires patience, skill and precision!
